**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator on a full time fixed term basis to join our HR Admin Team.

The team process leavers, starters and changes to terms and conditions. The information handled is confidential, relating to GreenSquareAccord colleagues and needs to be handled in accordance with the relevant policies. The team receive a high level of contact from internal customers and it is very busy, having to meet various deadlines and deal with lots of queries at the same time.

The role would suit someone who is positive, has a calm manner, a common sense approach, is well organised and takes pride in doing a good job.

**Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.**

**About you**

Previous HR experience would be desirable for this role.

It is essential that you have the ability to understand and follow company procedures and communicate these to colleagues while demonstrating commitment to Customer Service in all activities.

You will have the ability to effectively challenge existing processes to ensure greater efficiency while maintaining good organisational skills.

You must be able to produce and analyse data and make appropriate recommendations and use problem solving and decision making skills.

**Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.**
