**About the role**

This role will build and maintain a close relationship with our Star Pubs & Bars (SP&B) function, acting as a main point of contact and Digital & Technology (D&T ) advocate for those stakeholders. You’ll ensure there’s alignment between our SP&B teams and the D&T function, driving strategic vision, priorities and partnering positive value adding business outcomes.

You’ll play an essential role in translating the needs of SP&B, ensuring they’re understood and supported by the HEINEKEN D&T team, as well as ensuring our digital transformation programme activity doesn’t disrupt business continuity for the function.

So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.
- Develop and deliver the digital roadmap for the Star Pubs & Bars, ensuring alignment of business strategy and priorities with IT strategy and ensuring the shaping and mobilisation of project activities.
- Work with SP&B to understand key drivers / strategic priorities and ensure that these are communicated internally within D&T and form the basis for the technical investment and support.
- Bring digital thought leadership to bear on business opportunities, understanding the needs and priorities of the business, and translating those needs into initiatives.
- Work with SP&B to identify technology trends/innovation opportunities to exploit technology for business benefit.
- Act as an Account Manager to the business area for all IT services taking on and establishing the role as a trusted advisor in all D&T related areas.

**Who we’re looking for**

We’re looking for someone with top tier stakeholder management skills, with particular focus on senior stakeholder engagement. You’ll be able to build strong relationships, communicate exceptionally well and influence at all levels. A key part of this role is being able to explain complex matters in understandable language, providing key insights to business and technology leaders.

If you have;
- Experience in a multi-project, matrix environment dealing with conflicting priorities.
- Technical credibility, independent judgment and decision-making responsibilities
- Experience working within a local and global context.
- A strong understanding of planning, budgeting and technology investment.
