ll Trillo, Chelsea’s much-loved fine dining Italian restaurant is seeking an experienced and personable Head Waiter/Supervisor to join it’s friendly front-of-house team on a full-time basis. The role offers great benefits and a salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per year (depending on experience).

As Head Waiter/Supervisor your duties will include managing reservations, meeting and greeting customers, taking orders, table service and prepping the restaurant before service. The role also requires you to support, and deputise, the Floor Manager by leading the junior floor staff by example, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during service, insuring service and standards remain of a high quality, stock management and staff scheduling.

We're seeking an industry professional with an excellent command of English, who thrives when working in a busy environment with a buzzing atmosphere where high quality food and extremely fine wines are served, and who boasts outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE...
- Minimum of six months previous experience as a Head Waiter/Supervisor in a busy, fast-paced restaurant
- The ability to deliver high standards and work under pressure
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Great communication and organising skills
- Previous experience of managing a team of waiters
- A passion for food and fine wines (knowledge of fine wines is a plus)
- The ability to work closely with the management team and be a team player
- Outstanding standards of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about their job
- Be willing to work five days a week, average 48 hours
- Be willing to work evening shifts and weekends
- Have the right to work in the UK
- An excellent command of spoken English (Italian language is a plus)

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING THE IDEAL CANDIDATE...
- 30 years’ experience in the hospitality business, permanent contract with base salary + performance bonus and training on the job
- A full-time position of 48 hours per week, with a salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per year
- Two days off per week
