**Trainee Rigger NEC**

We have a fantastic and rare opportunity to join our NEC Rigging Team as a Trainee Rigger. This exciting new position will see you join our Rigging Trainee Programme and develop the knowledge and skills required to achieve the industry's National Rigging Certificate.

Under our Rigging Trainee Programme, you will be fully supported to achieve success and be provided with the potential opportunity for career progression. You will have the opportunity to participate in a structured program that will develop your skills and knowledge with real-life experience, working alongside a professional team within the NEC venue and the wider NEC group.
- A keen interest in the live events industry and an aptitude for learning
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with an ability to adhere to high standards in a stressful and pressurised environment
- An ability to follow development and training schedules
- A flexible approach - regularly working evenings, late nights and weekends will be required.

**Please note that this role is in which high-hazard activities, including working at height, are performed. The role holder will need to be comfortable working at height.**
