Complex Needs Navigator

Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.
I am currently recruiting for a complex needs navigator for a new service based in West London, this service is an outreach service with a difference. The service provides an "holistic approach" and as they are new they would like someone to come in witha view to "working with them, not for them", you will also be part of a multi disciplinary team.
The purpose of the role will be to provide the service to rough sleepers and beggars in order to give them access to services that will move them in to a more settled lifestyle, whilst keeping them engaged in order to complete their treatment.
Your duties will also include:
- Provide assertive and intensive support to overcome barriers and engage with services
- Work closely with Drug and Alcohol teams to ensure service users have access
- Manage a caseload of complex clients, developing a personalised action plan to discourage rough sleeping
- Work closely with supported housing provider across local area to provide accommodation opportunities.
The role will involve working a shift pattern of 6am to 1pm or 1pm to 9pm on rota.
A current DBS will also be needed.
