**Sales Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
Playr-Fit are the fastest growing sports apparel company in Ireland. Based just off the A1 Newry, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Sales Administrator** to join our team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales development team with administrative tasks, processing orders, invoicing and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

**The Role**:

- Assist the sales development team with administrative tasks such as data entry, liaising with customers, invoicing and document preparation.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the despatch department to fulfil orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Generate sales reports and analyse data. Inputting and compiling this data into an order format.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the organisation and execution of company/sales events, meetings and conferences.
- Provide administrative support to the sales developers.

**The Person**:

- You must possess a minimum one years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- You must possess a minimum GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and Sage accounting (full training on our systems will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
