Bodyshop Administrator

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our BMW Dealership in Borehamwood is looking to recruit a new Bodyshop Administrator.

About the position

A large part of the Bodyshop Administrator position involves:

- Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle repair orders.
- Maintaining and updating our customer database.
- Agreeing repair requirements with customers and arrange bookings into the bodyshop.
- Managing loan car use.
- Liaising with customers and insurance companies as required.
- Controlling credit on outstanding debts.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
