**Spare Parts Co-Ordinator**

Our client a leading employer who due to increase work demand require additional support in their Spare parts team.
- Provide technical support to our customers
- Researching and responding to customer enquiries on parts & warranty
- Ensuring all Part Manuals are accurate and updated as required
- To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
- Maintaining and regularly taking stock and reporting discrepancies
- Interpreting drawings to ensure parts are available for after sales
- Notifying shortfalls in stock to ensure they arrive in time for use
- Maintaining your work area in a tidy state ensuring health and safety
- Working with others in a cooperative manner to ensure an efficient and harmonious atmosphere.
- Any other duties as required from time to time by management which are within your competence to carry out.

**What you will need**:

- Good general mechanical knowledge desirable
- Be computer literate in the usual range of Microsoft Products
- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
- Self motivated
- Logical problem solving ability

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust
- Excellent listening skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dungannon, County Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Parts Management: 1 year (preferred)
