**As a Payroll Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a diverse client base
- Calculating statutory deductions, such as PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions
- Managing Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC
- Processing end-of-year payroll documentation, including P60s and P11Ds
- Liaising with clients and resolving any payroll-related queries
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations

**Requirements for this role are as follows**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a payroll administration role, preferably within a practice or bureau environment
- A strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
- A proactive, organised approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks
- A recognised payroll qualification, such as the CIPP, would be advantageous but is not essential

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
