About the role
- As an Asset Care Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role within our dedicated team by supporting the continuous improvement, performance and problem-solving activities at our packaging site based at Shieldhall, Glasgow. You’ll work closely with Leaders and Technicians onsite to ensure work requests undergo adequate technical assessment and planning prior to scheduling the work.

Responsible for management of SAP data integrity with respect to plant and equipment structures, maintenance plans, task lists and work orders for business area(s) of responsibility in accordance with Diageo Work Planning and Scheduling standards.

You’ll attend regular meetings with Stakeholders and the Operational team to review Asset Care performance and support actions to improve compliance and performance.

Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is key, and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other KPI’s and targets.

About you
- For this role it would be beneficial if you have a technical/engineering background and demonstratable experience working in a FMCG environment, but this is not essential.

Demonstratable excellent interpersonal skills, to communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels and departments of the organisation.
