**About Us and The Role**

At Warwickshire County Council we put children and families at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and flexible Business Support Officer to support our four Childrens Homes across Warwickshire. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be involved in a newly developed team and service, where you can have a direct input into the development of processes at an early stage. You will play an essential part in delivering effective business support to ensure the smooth running of our new Childens Homes. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work to tight timescales, as well as the capability to offer ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement, will be key to team success.
