Global CTS are working with an IT solutions business who are looking for a Project Coordinator. They are seeking an individual with good people skills who will keep technical delivery teams informed and engaged in delivering projects that meet the customers'requirements.

**Key Duties**
- Own the project coordination of small delivery projects, including all related planning
- Collaborate closely with other teams
- Keep clients full updated on all aspects of their Project - reporting, tracking and follow-up
- Coordinate the delivery of tasks whilst identifying, recording and tracking risks/issues and budget, via change control
- Ensure project documentation is completed and updated to professional standards
- Keep internal management informed by preparing and communicating regular updates
- Work with the PMO team to maintain resourcing capacity and planning data

**Required skills and experience**:

- Excellent people, teamworking and interpersonal skills
- Able communicate effectively, both in written and verbal, at all levels
- Good documentation skills and process following ability
- Excellent data analysis and good presentational skills
- Results-driven with strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience of Project Management tools and reporting
- Experience using MS Office and collaboration tools, such MS Teams
