Do you have experience within a retail environment? Would you like to make a difference to patient care within the NHS? Do you have the commitment and drive to work in one of the busiest hospitals in the country?

We are currently recruiting coffee shop assistants to work in our coffee shops within the Trust. This post is an exciting addition to our newly established Catering Team at Weston General.

**Your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Working with a team who are responsible for providing a seamless café experience to customers
- Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
- Supporting new employees into the team
- Undertake stock takes as necessary
- Prepare food & coffees in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Providing outstanding customer service in the retail units
- Have experience of working in a coffee/retail environment
- Be used to working in a busy environment
- Have a friendly, approachable personality, with a good work ethic
- Be flexible to undertake a range of tasks if necessary
- Be able to communicate with different types of people; including patients, visitors, senior managers and other departments
