**About the role**:
A fast-growing private equity backed property company with a large existing portfolio are currently seeking to appoint a Service Charge and Rents Analyst to join their team. This role will involve providing your expertise on service charges and rent settingto maximise income and ensure processes involve a high level of compliance and accuracy.

With no cap on the investment in your learning and development, this organisation offer excellent career progression opportunities and fantastic support They are also offering up to £38k + 10% bonus, and hybrid working involving just 1 day a week in theCentral London office.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Accurately estimating all service charges based on actual costs, referring to financial budgets, legislation, and agreements to maximise service charge income
- Managing the auditing of service charge and rents setting and carrying out analysis to maximise accuracy, creating processes/systems to monitor actual costs against estimates
- Reconciling various data sets to ensure charges have been applied correctly, communicating any changes that have been made to ensure residents are aware of charges issued to maximise customer satisfaction
- Preparing service charge budgets
- Have at least 2years' of solid, proven experience in:

- Service charge **or** Rent - demonstrate an understanding of legislation and practice around this
- Developing internal processes/resources for effective service charge/rent management
- Analytics and/or accounting
- Demonstrate an understanding of the affordable housing sector and regulatory/legal requirements
- Have an analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail
- Experience in property, real estate or service charge is desirable
