My client a well-established and growing veterinary practice are currently recruiting for a caring, friendly, and professional client care representative.

**Responsibilities**:
Build a good understanding of products and services to assist clients

Ensure reception and consultation areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness

Taking payments and follow up on any unpaid fees

Sending and receiving of orders, organising stock, and preparing medication

Assisting with marketing initiatives, puppy parties, open days etc

Assisting vets with animals when necessary

Communicating with other teams

About you:
You will possess a mindset to maintaining a quality of client focus.

Treat all animals and clients with care and compassion and be able to deal with emotional situations.

Be great at listening and communicating with other team members and with clients

A willingness to learn and continuously improve

Ability to multitask and use various computer systems and give the best service available

Client orientated problem solver with the ability to adapt to different situations.

Strong communication and organisation skills

Computer literate

Absolutely love animals

Driver with your own car, preferred

Hours

4 weekdays 8-6:30 and every other Saturday 8:30-12:30
