We are hiring for a Sales Consultant to join our growing, supportive team of professionals.

**About the role**:
As Sales Consultant, you will identify, secure and grow new business opportunities for Penta Consulting. You will be responsible for identifying potential client opportunities and closely engaging to sell Penta Consulting’s services and close deals resultingin increasing sales and a steady growth of our client base.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Create, guide, and direct new business opportunities aligned with current strategy.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring new accounts.
- Identify, articulate, and execute new business propositions.
- Prepare and present detailed business cases to the Sales Director.
- Develop and provide market, customer, and competitor data.
- Support and train junior team members to hit targets.
- Meet with clients to drive sales and knowledge.
- Demonstrate advanced industry, client, and role knowledge.
- Schedule relevant sales appointments with clients.
- Ensure clients' job requirements are fulfilled by working with other employees.
- Generate and follow up on new leads to ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuously penetrate new target markets to drive sales.
- Work with Sales Director and Marketing to develop new sales strategies.
- Discover target markets and competitors' advantages.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in generating new business sales opportunities in IT.
- Proven success in delivering growth within a complex client portfolio.
- Innovative and creative with the ability to challenge conventional thinking.
- Degree education preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Consistently meets personal and divisional sales targets.
- Proven experience in face-to-face client engagement.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Degree education preferred (desirable).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
