- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do
Greggs continues to grow as a retail business but is also growing in the support and supply chain teams. With this growing demand we need an new colleague to join the IT Provisioning team to administer the IT hardware and inventory. Reporting into the IT Provisioning Manager but working closely with other managers in IT & Business Change you will need the following attributes. This will include:

- Analyse business demands from forecasts and project plans to ensure stock levels are appropriate
- Working with external partners, ensure WEEE waste protocols are followed
- Look for opportunities to make tactical purchases that are advantageous to Greggs
- Create and maintain inventory database
- Maintain processes that prevent equipment becoming untraceable
- Review and amend processes related to inventory movement activities

About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office onwards
- Positive attitude - we don’t believe in negativity, and collaborative team working is key, so generating positive energy and having an optimistic upbeat approach works well within this role
- Work on own Initiative - We expect you to keep informed of business activity that will affect hardware requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
- Are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels
- Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
