**About The Role**:

As a Coordinator within our Asset Management Delivery team, you will be using your initiative, problem solving and analytical skills in a fast paced environment to ensure Asset Management delivers a customer focused service to a high standard.

On a day to day basis, you will be a point of contact for customers and other areas of the business. You will support all areas within Asset Management, maintain databases, analyse data and support on projects within the the Service Support remit. You will need to have an excellent eye for detail, a tenacious problem solving attitude and be able to prioritise an ever changing workload. You will also need to be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with both our customers and other internal teams.

**We are advertising for 2 full time, permanent positions. One position will be based in our Exeter Office and the other will be based in our Tolvaddon Office. A hybrid office and home working style is an option**.

To be a successful Coordinator, you will be/have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which demonstrate behaviours that support great customer service.
- Be highly organised, methodical and analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
- Have a flexible, can-do attitude with instinct to think outside the box and use your initiative to problem solve.
- Possess a natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.
- Have a good understanding of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Be experienced in using information systems and databases.
