**The Company**:Hawk 3 Recruitment are working with a specialist manufacturer based in Cwmbran to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their company on a permanent basis. Excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and develop their career with a successful and established and successful firm.
**The Role**:
- As the Sales Administrator, you will be processing orders as well as arranging shipping.
- Communicating with various Account Managers throughout the business in regard to order queries
- Creating customer reports
- Keeping customers up to date with the status of the order
- The Sales Administrator will be communicating with couriers regarding delivery information
- Creating and ordering paperwork which will help with dispatching orders
- Communicating and liaising with the other departments within the business to ensure all orders are processed on time
**Experience Required**:
- The Sales Administrator needs to be able to prioritise workload and can work independently
- Needs to have a methodical approach to work
- Ideally experience within exporting and shipping
- Ideally knowledge of electronic technical products
- Customer focussed
