Experis are working with a highly sought-after public/private-sector client who are currently upgrading their digital services to a second-generation model and will need to focus on delivering high quality customer experiences in order to remain competitive.

They are hiring for an experienced Product Owner who has experience with end-to-end delivery of a product or service. This role is key within their customer-facing division, responsible for the development and success of one or more products or services. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle, from user research and design to delivery, integration with other workstreams, and continuous improvement.

Role details:

- £600 - £650 / day Inside IR35
- 6-month initial contract
- Remote position
- SC Clearance is preferred

Details around what you will be doing in the role:

- Work directly with business and service owners to agree on product/service proposition
- Create and communicate vision for product/service to agile delivery team
- Work within agile team to make changes to designated product/portfolio
- Motivate and empower high performing agile team
- Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of product/service within budget and timeline constraints
- Adhere to agile delivery governance and obtain necessary approvals Maintain backlog of features and prioritize work into release plan Gather, analyse, and use user/customer/stakeholder data to ensure responsiveness to changing needs
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate effectively
- Support existing product/service and its users/customers by ensuring continuous service delivery and making necessary changes or fixing defects

**Requirements**:

- Experience of agile product delivery and software development
- Product Owner Accreditation (desirable)
- Change Management experience
- Proven leadership in successful digital delivery
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven expertise in analysing and using customer insight and user and performance data to design and continually improve digital services to fully meet users’ needs
- Experience of engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
