Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for the hair industry? Ruby Mane, a salon in the centre of Farnham, is seeking a new Front of House Team Member to join our team as the first point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional client experience, managing appointments, and working closely with our Salon Managers. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the friendly and welcoming face of Ruby Mane.
- Offering a premium guest experience and continue to focus on this throughout the client journey.
- Manage and organise appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and effective utilisation of salon resources.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, offering accurate information on services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a polished and tidy reception area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both clients and staff.
- Collaborate with salon team members to facilitate smooth workflow and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Maximising the appointment book and ensuring all space is utilised efficiently and execute the salon reservation policy.
- Proactively promote salon products and services, supporting retail sales and offering personalised recommendations to clients.
- Handle pay transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor inventory levels of retail products and salon supplies, promptly reporting shortages to management.
- Act as a liaison between clients and salon staff, effectively communicating client requests, preferences, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hair and beauty industry or a similar environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients and team members.
- Strong organisational abilities, including multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using salon management software or similar systems is advantageous.
- Availability to work the following shifts: Wednesday 12pm - 8pm, Thursday 2pm - 8pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, and alternate Saturdays 8am - 5pm, alternate Sundays 10am-5pm.
