**Job Title**: Sales Consultant
**Location**: Monmouth
**Salary**: £22,000-£24,000 a year full time permanent contract
**Hours**: Full time. Monday - Friday (09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-£17:00) but you only work 5 days a week out of those 6 so you get a day off out of those.
Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Sales Consultant to work for a client of ours in the Monmouth area.
This is a full time and permanent position paying a salary between £22,000-£24,000 a year. This can increase in time within the company. Full training would be provided.

This is mainly an office based role where you mainly receive inbound calls.
Main Job roles
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure the smooth day to day running of the showroom, greeting of clients, presentation and sale of products and associated ancillaries. Ensure that you are suitably dressed in smart casual attire at all times.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and ancillaries and associated technical information. Attend initial formal training and assessment and all subsequent refresher courses.
- Retain a good understanding of daily and monthly showroom performance in relation to previous year/month and performance against other showrooms within the company.
- Ensure the accurate processing of orders using the companies' database and that all associated processes and work instructions are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure that all leads and quotations that you are responsible for are followed up by you or a colleague within 72 hours of being logged or sent to the client.
- Ensure all daily paperwork is fully notarised and up to date for order processing, onward handover or recovery in the event of a query.

To be considered you must have:

- Great organisational skills
- Very confident over the phone
- Strong computer skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Used to a fast pace environment
