Receptionist

Main duties will include:
- Answering the phone/door taking bookings and helping customers with enquiries
- Managing the day to day diary
- Keeping the management system up to date
- Booking in parts
- Liaising with the workshop controller and informing customers of any changes to completion dates.
- Ensuring paperwork is actioned and filed away.
You will be organised and able to effectively manage a busy workload.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
It would be an advantage if you have previous experience talking to suppliers and have some knowledge of parts and components. You must also have a good awareness of health and safety in a workshop setting.
