We have an exciting opportunity to join our purpose-led team at a critical stage of transformation and help us to shape the future for BSI as an Internal Communications and Engagement Partner on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging and ‘client-focused’ tactical internal communications framework that supports the delivery of BSI’s strategy.

This role will support the execution of the streams strategic marketing plan, strengthening profitable growth in revenue and market-share for the business stream with oversight of communication content to ensure compliance throughout the whole of BSI.

You will be a key point in the collaboration with HR, Marketing and Senior Leaders to ensure a credible, creative, and collaborative approach to delivering an engaging experience for our people.

Flexibility to travel to our Milton Keynes office on a weekly business needs basis is required.

About You
- Strong experience and knowledge within internal communications current best practice
- Digital savvy and IT literate
- Ability to adapt communication styles to suit stakeholders and the audience being addressed across a global, multi-cultural audience
- A naturally curious and compelling storyteller with excellent verbal and written communications skills, confident with writing and editing
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
