Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a **HR Advisor**. The role is to assist with the smooth running of a company by providing support to senior team members and Managers; in addition to:

- Take on the daily tasks involved in running an office.
- Analysing a company's day-to-day operations.
- Providing advice to management on employee relations and management issues.
- Creating, implementing and administering employee policies.
- Teaching Managers how to get the best out of their staff.
- Identifying ways to improve existing policies and procedures.
- Offering proactive recruiting assistance.
- Advising on company benefits packages.
- Designing rewards and incentives schemes, including bonuses and pay rises
- Reporting on current staff turnover and identifying areas where retention can be improved
- Managing the staff learning portal, identifying criteria for training and development

To be successful in the role of **HR Advisor**, we would like to speak to anyone who has experience in the following:

- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum of CIPD level 5.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources and employment law.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent in problem-solving and decision making, professional and positive approach and self-motivated.
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
- Someone who is comfortable working on their own or within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail & strong administrative skills who can work to deadlines.
- Comfortable in taking directions and adaptable to change.
