Our client is on the hunt for a skilled HR Advisor to join their evolving HR team based in Haywards Heath.

**Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor**:

- Able to provide guidance to the HR Co-ordinator through coaching, reviewing and delegation of workloads.
- To support and coach line managers in people management.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner in supporting delivery of HR projects and delivering solutions to support workforce change.
- Attend and support employee relations issues including grievance/disciplinary and performance hearings.
- Working closely to review and improve existing HR policies in line with Employment Law updates.

**Key Skills for the HR Advisor**:

- Proven track record within People/HR Environment.
- Exceptional communication and rapport building capabilities.
- CIPD Qualified.
- Experience in working within Financial Services (desirable).
