We are working with a **Secondary School** in **Lichfield**, assisting in their recruitment for 2 **Teaching Assistants** to join their team in **February** to work with them on a **long-term**, **permanent **basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Support students in their academic, social and emotional development.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning needs.
- A DBS on the update service (or willing to get one)

**Salary**: £11.72-£12.52 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Teaching Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
