**Office Duties**
- Filing customer POD’s (Proof Of Delivery) notes on a daily basis
- Dealing with customer POD requests
- Handling inbound / outbound telephone calls with customers, subcontractors, depots and drivers
- Booking in deliveries with customers
- Processing inbound invoices
- Maintaining office & warehouse stationary supplies / equipment

**Warehouse Duties**
- Stock control using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Daily Unloading / Loading Vehicles from 15:00hrs - 17:00hrs
- Lunchtime Cover unloading / loading vehicles.

**Skills / Qualifications**
- Forklift truck license (valid)
- Competent using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook / Excel / Word)
- Communication skills with excellent telephone manner
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage their time

**The Individual - Must Be / Have**
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- A Teamworker but able to use own initiative
- Flexible

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
