**The job**:
In the role of Office Administrator, your duties will include:

- Undertake general administration tasks a required by the Manager
- Ad hoc general office, production administrative and clerical duties
- Filing, scanning and photocopying documents.
- Answering the phone and assisting with any queries.
- Show excellent customer service skills at all times.

**Essential**:

- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel spreadsheets.
- Must be able to drive / have a vehicle

**Hours**:

- Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm. (45 mins lunch, 30 mins paid) & Fri 9am-4pm (1 hour lunch, 30 mins paid)
- ** Pay**:£10.42 Per Hour.
- ** Pay**:£10.18 Per Hour.
- ** Pay**:£7.49 Per Hour.
- ** The role could be suitable for school / college leavers, Some admin experience would be an advantage**
