This role is also ideal for someone that drives as it will be split between two offices.
Key Duties:
- Liaise with member practises to maintain key contact information
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Arrange meetings and update calendar events for the office team
- Be responsible for routine filing and maintain digital records
- Be responsible for patient bookings into the service and take electronic payments from patients
- Greet patients and be responsible for patient feedback
Key Skills:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver (desirable not essential)
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Ability to withhold confidential information
