**What would I be doing day to day?**

Who am I supporting: CFO

Key duties:

- 360 Administrative support at EA and PA level - personal and corporate diary management, arranging meetings & appoitnments, call handling etc
- Travel arrangements, international and domestic
- Expenses
- Family and household management
- Scheduling and maintaining awareness of all commitments
- Providing additional PA duties to CFO household

**What is the company looking for?**
- 3-5 years' experience at PA level in family office sector
- Advanced MS Office & IT skills, analytical with excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to be flexible
- Highly detail oriented, proactive, resilient and intellectual

Availability: You should be available immediately or at short notice.
