**Technical Support Partner**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Technical Delivery Manager in all areas of the technical department.
- Support the TDM to arrange technical staff training.
- Assist in organising technical support from production companies.
- Providing communication between the suppliers, TAG Technical and TAG Live® internal operations and creative teams.
- Work on AV technical installations across all projects & clients.
- Work with the TDM to recruit, onboard and train AV Technicians in the UK and EU.
- Support the TDM to grow a portfolio of technical staff to react to client requirements.
- Co ordinate and organise the Technical AV facility.
- Support with inventory sign in / outs.
- Setup AV equipment as required.
- Collaboration and networking with recruitment agencies, universities, and technical companies required.
- Support all admin required when purchasing live event technical equipment and office IT Equipment where needed.
- Build communication links to all existing team.
- Assist with budgets and with the procurement of supplies.
- Liaising with existing and new suppliers to ensure the equipment is purchased and delivered in time and on budget.
- Sourcing and negotiating deals with new suppliers.
- Build a portfolio of trusted suppliers.
- Understand H&S processes and procedures.

**Salary & Benefits**
- £25,000
- International Travel, Expense Account, Laptop.
- 25 days holiday per year.
- Flexible working hours based on projects and clients.

Generally Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Some projects will require weekend work or varied working hours. This will be business need dependant and you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary according to responsibilities, clients and deadlines.

Full time contract.

**Additional Detail**

We require this role to live within or around MK43 9ND. Within a reasonable radius of an hour travel maximum.

We require you to hold a full driving license and be comfortable driving vans and larger vehicles.
