Main
**Responsibilities**:
- Front of House meet and greet all visitors
- Maintain a presentable show home
- Coordinate any appointments
- Negotiate with potential buyers
- Produce new home sales literature
- Sales Progression to a successful completion
- Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals
- Assisting with Marketing and Open Events / Phase Launch
- Suggest ways to improve the customer journey and work with the wider team to implement
- Perform other duties as required
Person Specification
- Proven face to face customer services experience
- Experience in the sales process
- Knowledge of the local area
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about our build specifications
- Ability to work independently, prioritise work, take initiative and make informed decisions
- Be approachable, empathetic and professional with home buyers
- Flexibility to change and create continuous improvement
- A natural and engaging communication style, demonstrating a passion and excellence for customer contact, developing trusting relationships
- Good IT Skills and a competent user of MS Office packages
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 18.5 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
