We have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a nationwide provider of Open Space Management, to assist with our day-to-day transactional processing.

**The Company**

Trustmgt manage & maintain Public Open Spaces, SUDS, and Play Areas on behalf of Property Developers and their Residents throughout the UK. With nearly all new housing developments requiring some form of Public Open Space and/or SUDS, our business continues to grow.

We are about to embark on our single largest investment to date, the design and implementation of a bespoke “state of the art” CRM system that will enable us to automate the majority of our processes/activities and provide real time monitoring and reporting on our performance.

**The Role**

The Accounts Assistant will support our brand & reputation, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team and the role.

**The Person**

If you have gained experience within accounting/accounts administration and are looking for that next step (leap) in your career, we would love to hear from you. Your previous experience may have been gained working for a major house builder or service provider but what is important is the willingness and ability to do what is right.

You may be working towards, or eager to start your AAT qualification, however what’s most important is that you are confident with a can-do attitude.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Completing routine processes such as raising invoices in line with business schedules
- Ensuring our customers’ requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identifying areas of improvement within current systems.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previous Experience of using SAP Desirable
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload.
