**What will my role include?**

Greet & seat customers with the warmest of welcome

Take food & drink orders

Serve drinks quickly & efficiently.

Be knowledgeable about all menus and advise customers on dishes & products

Ensure all areas are clean and tidy

Oversee the opening and closing of the business, inline with pub standards and procedures

Manage a team of staff, being customer facing and available to handle any issues that may arise during shift

Ensure staff follow policies and procedures set out to them, and making sure that guests are enjoying the best experience possible

**Requirements?**

Experienced in Pubs & Bars as supervisor or duty manager (required)
**Willingness to learn all aspects of front of house**
Knowledge of Craft beer would be a bonus
**Outgoing and confident**
Passionate about people and service
**Ambitious**
Ability to multitask
**Positive outlook**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £12.95 per hour
