About the Role

  • Lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality drinks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
