**We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Aylesbury on a 6 Month FTC. The role will be office based, Monday to Friday and you will be part of a passionate and enthusiastic team.**

**About the role **

In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for the Full Service sales team, providing general support as required ensuring the smooth running of their daily operations. This position will also oversee the Sales Team activity including providingadministrative support, arranging and coordinating monthly sales meetings.

**Key Responsibilities **
- Support the Business Development Consultants with managing incoming leads, and driving proactive lead generation through creating databases and target lists
- To support the monitoring and follow through of leads, opportunities and progress being made to enable conversion measurements
- Work in partnership with Brand Account Managers to onboard new customers - setting them up and processing the launch order ensuring their first experience with us is exceptional
- Provide transparency to the sales team to identify trends and opportunities to grow
- Work with central marketing team to ensure CRM database is up to date, and data is utilised to help the sales team make decisions
- At peak times, there may be the requirement to support the CLUB sales and order advisors with dealing with customer queries and order processing
- Work closely with UK Sales Support Manager and Sally commercial team to recommend and prepare sales forecasts for salon promotional activity ensuring pricing is correct
- Responsible for ensuring deadlines are met to prevent out of stock situations or delayed launch dates and enable sales growth
