ProTalent are delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding business based in Westerham, Kent who are looking to expand their finance team with the creation of a new and exciting role.

In the role as Finance Assistant with a Sales Ledger specialism you will:
Prepare sales invoices and back-up reports to send to customers monthly
Prepare a spreadsheet detailing sales and cost financial information for reviewing with the Financial Controller
Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries
Liaise with companies’ operators and onsite staff
Provide statements and chase outstanding payments
Prepare budget vs actual information for customers monthly
The business:
Rapidly expanding in recent years and turning over £20 million
Happy working environment with an office-based team
Established finance team of 5
Thriving customer base in Kent, London and Surrey
The package:
£30-33k per annum
Working hours of 9am-5pm 5 days per week
Previous experience working within an established finance team
Experience of working in a sales ledger focused role
Confident dealing with customers politely and firmly when needed
Organised and professional
