**Job overview**:
**Applications are invited for an enthusiastic person who is patient and customer focused, to join our Radiology Team at Salford Care Organisation as an Allocations Clerk.**

The post is fixed term until 31.03.24 and will be based at Brooke House, Middleton, Manchester. Training will be undertaken at Salford Care Organisation. The hours will be 37.5.

You will be required to provide clerical support within a very busy department, and you must be hard working and flexible.

The Trust is committed to 7 day working which may be incorporated into this post.

- Experience working in an office environment
- Previous Clerical Experience
- Ability to transfer information accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to deal effectively with confrontational/challenging situations
- Attention to detail
- A good understanding of confidentiality and data protection

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience of working with the Public preferably working in a hospital environment
- Knowledge of CRIS, PAS and EPR
