RWR Recruitment are now recruiting for a **Purchase Ledger Clerk** on a full time, permanent basis to join a growing manufacturing company based in Aberdare, South Wales. The company invest in their people providing great autonomy to each department for success.

In this role you will directly report to the Finance Manager working on site Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 finishing early on a Friday You will receive a great company pension, free parking and ability to work in a relaxed flexible working environment.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced purchase ledger who has worked within a manufacturing environment previously to be hands on assisting the FM of the business.

**Do you have the following skills required?**
- Strong Attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Daily processing of general invoices
- Daily processing of RM invoices - match to PO and input into Oracle AP
- Ability to send sales invoices
- Send monthly statements to customers
- Maintaining the Invoicing book with Goods In
- Matching Certificates of Shipment for Export VAT
- Resolve invoice queries with suppliers and customers
- Assist with chasing Aged Debt and financial audits
- General filing
- Updating supplier prices in Oracle PO
- Assist with Quarter and Year End

**Desirable Requirements;**
- AAT/ACCA Qualification are desirable but not essential for the role
- Financial exposure in manufacturing setting
- Use of Oracle System

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
