If so, we want you to be a part of our people team This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work alongside the People Team and support wider HR initiatives.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition delivery and ensuring the recruitment of exceptional engineering and technical professionals. We have a fast paced, hybrid culture and are currently scaling our teams to support our growth plans.

**About the role**

**What you’ll actually do**
- **Talent Acquisition Delivery**: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to execute a comprehensive talent acquisition delivery model that aligns with our goals, objectives, and growth plans.
- **Teamwork**: Deliver within a team, working together to deliver talent acquisition to a high standard. Input into the people team strategy and have the confidence to challenge a decision or approach where required.
- **Partnership with Hiring Managers**: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with them to understand their talent needs, develop job profiles, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
- **Employer Branding**: Support the organisation’s approach to employer brand by leveraging various channels to enhance our reputation, spread the word and attract top and diverse talent.
- **Recruitment Metrics and Reporting**: Input into team reports to communicate hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- **Stay Current with Industry Trends**: Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Incorporate innovative approaches and technologies to improve recruitment processes and attract top talent.

**What you’ll need**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and assess recruitment effectiveness.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. As a growing business, we will need to recruit at pace, whilst maintaining a fresh, inclusive and unique company culture.
- Strong teamworking skills, with an open and approachable manner, backed up by high moral and ethical standards.
