**Responsibilities**
The role:
Duties will include:

- Greet visitors at the office
- Coordinate and organise office activities
Liaising with third party agents to arrange property lettings
- Performing general administrative tasks for example: booking meeting rooms, arranging travel and booking hotels, online and manual filing, photocopying and scanning, monitoring office supplies and general office management duties including daily postmanagement, ensuring the office is well organised.
- Managing the front of house and office area including office archiving.
- Covering for Executive PA in their absence.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Oversee stock of office supplies
