**About The Role**:
**Recruitment Coordinator (FTC)**
Working hours - Full time, onsite Mon-Fri
**Position Purpose**
To provide end to end recruitment support in the HR function.
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Writing and creating live job adverts via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as and when required
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in regards to interview scheduling
- Uploading new starter details from our ATS and setting up new starters on HR systems
**This is a 6 Month FTC, working full time onsite at our Leominster offices**
**About You**:
- Previous experience (1 + years) within an in-house recruitment or agency role
- Previous experience with IT roles is a plus but not essential.
- Knowledge of sourcing various channels with Boolean search strings
- A resilient, driven and flexible approach
- Confidence to work under own initiative with a proactive approach
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- An excellent communicator at all levels and highly organised and methodical
- Confidential and professional
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated with an appetite for learning and development
