We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Leominster based client’s customer service team on a full-time basis. You will be a key member of the team, providing excellent customer service and efficient administrative support to colleagues.

What you can expect:

- Salary: £23,205 - £24,310 per annum, depending on experience
- Leominster based with parking on site
- Permanent, full time position
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with a 30minute lunch

What you will be doing:

- First point of telephone contact for customers
- Order processing including daily invoicing and coordination of parcel couriers and pallet hauliers
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination and dispatch of all correspondence, including mailshots, sponsorship requests, voucher issue and redemption
- Responsible for the preparation and printing of all sales reports, generated from the Sage system, in support of monthly and quarterly sales meetings
- Providing general administrative support to the team

What we are looking for:

- Previous office/administration experience is essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent IT Skills
