**Job purpose**:
We have an opportunity for a marketing assistant to join the Marketing and Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be required to support and assist the Business Development and Marketing Director with various projects and campaigns across the Firm and for different practice areas/sectors.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Supporting the development and execution of internal and external communications.
- Delivering the firm’s online content calendar. Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including website and social media channels.
- Liaise with external agencies on content and SEO.
- Support PPC and other online/SEO campaigns.
- Monitor engagement with social media and make suggestions for future content.
- Coordinate the Marketing section of the intranet and the SharePoint events calendar.
- Support the planning and delivery of client events, including coordinating invite lists, mailings, RSVPs, event set up and delivery on the day.
- Administration of firm's attendance at breakfast/lunch networking events
- Collate and prepare marketing literature for presentations and business development events.
- Liaise with external suppliers for events, design and print.
- Monitors the firm’s profiles on online directories and referral sites.
- Assist with client satisfaction surveys and market research.
- Contribute to brand and business development activities.
- Administration for the practice's ESG projects.
