As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Trainee to join our team and support our marketing efforts.

**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Trainee at Brit Customs, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our services and enhance our brand presence. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with some marketing experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels like TikTok.
- Support the management of social media accounts, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication of marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube; experience with TikTok is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of the Italian language is desirable.
- A personal brand presence on social media is highly desirable.
- Must provide a portfolio of previous content creation work.
