About the role

You will be responsible for
- Integrated technology workstack: map and manage an integrated technology workstack to create data driven communications, key platforms include: ad server, attribution model, DMP and CRM.
- Identify new capabilities and deliver - within the technology workstack identify new opportunities to improve communications aligning to key business objectives. Co-ordinate delivery, sharing progress and highlight any impediments, collaborating with other to find a solution
- Drive digital assessment of initiatives: impact assess any business initiatives/projects that could impact Marketing Technology. Create a recommendation/proposed solution on how to get the best from the Martech stack while adhering to data compliance, security and GDPR best practices
- Operational excellence - ensure the smooth running of the digital and CRM functions. Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to make sure that processes, SLAs and KPIs are adhered too and are driving towards improved speed to market
- Be the marketing technology expert and the ambassador of our marketing technology around the business building strong relationships with supporting teams and provide guidance to others
- Budget management - prepare marketing technology budget and ensure that the budget is adhered to

You will need
- Broad understanding of digital and direct marketing, including technical understanding of marketing technologies and automation, evidenced by experience
- Experience with various marketing technologies/platforms e.g. DMP, CDP, Attribution model, Ad server, CRM platform, Google/Adobe Analytics, Salesforce
- Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Leadership and thought leadership
- Ability to shape the direction for digital marketing and customer communications technology workstack
- Analytical - the ability to understand data and create actionable insights
- Collaborative and strong stakeholder management skills
- Organised and able to work on multiple projects at the same time
