A Manufacturing business is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor to set up a new recruitment function for a business building their footprint in the UK. Reporting to the Head of HR this is a fantastic position where you can make your mark.

Duties include:

- To provide first-class support in delivery of a professional and efficient recruitment service in line with the business objectives.
- Support the full lift cycle of the recruitment process for all roles.
- Setting up the recruitment function and creating the EVP and also developing strategies to introduce the business to the local area.
- Work with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs.
- Offer recruitment guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
- Co-ordinate and attend interviews, ensuring a positive experience for applicants
- Produce offer letters, contracts of employment and other people team correspondence as required.
- Develop recruitment policies and procedures for continuous improvement of an effective and efficient and commercially focused recruitment process.

To be consider you will be an experienced Recruitment advisor who has ideally worked inhouse and is excited about the opportunity of setting up this function. This role is based on site 3/4 days per week

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Deeside (required)
