Key Duties:nConduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their financial situation, needs, and goals.nProvide expert advice on suitable mortgage products, explaining the pros and cons of each option.nAssist clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.nStay updated with the latest market trends, interest rates, and mortgage products to provide informed advice.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.nEnsure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:nCeMAP qualified or working towards (funding available if working towards)nCurrently working as a Mortgage Advisor PAYE but looking to make the move to self-employednDriving licence and own transport essential.nExcellent interpersonal skillsnAbility to self-manage own workload
