From **_Hooch and VK_** to our premium soft drink brand **_Franklin & Sons_**, we have a presence in all retail channels domestically as well as over 70 countries internationally. Our HQ is based within our own hotel CASA in Chesterfield, Derbyshire with an additional office in the heart of central London.

We are looking for **_a Global Brand Ambassador_** to join our growing **_Franklin & Sons_** team to contribute towards the continued growth and success of the brand across the UK on trade and international markets.

You will be responsible for developing our Brand Advocacy Program, building advocacy across the bartending community globally, utilising your passion, expertise and knowledge for hospitality and premium drinks.

MORE ABOUT THIS REMARKABLE ROLE:
You will ultimately be responsible for activating our annual brand plans across the on trade, with a focus on the bartending community.
- Hands-on and flexible in your approach, you will have the ability to manage your own diary, your own workload and adapt quickly to change
- To conduct brand training, master classes, education, and tasting events to increase brand engagement in both On & Off Trade environments
- In support of sales and customer marketing, to use an ambassador toolkit to drive distribution and ROS by identifying key consumer and trade events
- Working closely with internal sales teams and distributors (both in the UK and internationally) providing training to deliver improved knowledge and sales performance
- Assisting in the development of sales and brand toolkits alongside the Brand Management team.
- Working collaboratively to conceptualise and bring additional value to marketing campaigns and strategies, in support of the Brand Plan
- Aid in the creation of website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers in support of the Digital & Content team
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows in UK and Internationally.
- Monitor customer and distributor feedback and escalate concerns to the marketing department.
- Deliver any activations within current guidelines and deliver the customer or brand plans.
- Create, curate and own all serves for Franklin & Sons tonics, mixers, softs and sodas.

THE REMARKABLE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experienced Ambassador or Bartender who is creative, motivated, and a self-starter
- Experience working in high-end/premium bar environment
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of tonics, mixers, and spirits, able to create new serves
- High energy levels with the capacity to deliver operational tasks as well as think “outside the box”
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and a can-do attitude
- A flexible approach, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours to deliver on the role
